Music & Movement.
Play-based class for littles 0-6 and their caregivers. Expect about 45 minutes of fun and community. We will sing, dance, play some instruments and experiment with yoga through songs and story-telling.
Prenatal + Postnatal
Catch Kiki at Invoke Wellness Center for Prenatal Yoga on Monday’s and Postnatal (baby friendly!) on Tuesday’s at noon.
